Sister duo Chloe x Halle released their debut album The Kids Are Alright, and now they have premiered a short film of the same name.
It looks like besides following Bey’s advice about writing all their own material, they also followed her lead and created visuals for a majority of their album. The 10-minute short showcases the sisters performing six songs from their album. The hypnotic feature stars Moonlight actor Ashton Sanders and is an artistic representation of the essence of youth.
The Beyoncé proteges tapped on frequent Queen Bey collaborator Kwasi Fordjour to write and art direct the short film. It was also directed by Cara Strickler.
The Kids Are Alright album from the grown-ish stars is available everywhere now.
