Craig Turner, son of music icon Tina Turner, has died by apparent suicide, PEOPLE reports. He was 59.
Craig Turner died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at his home in Studio City, California and was pronounced dead on Tuesday by law enforcement officials, according to TMZ.
Tina Turner had Craig when she was 18-year-old to saxophonist Raymond Hill, who was part of Ike Turner’s, Tina’s late ex-husband, band the Kings of Rhythm.
Ike Turner adopted him in 1962 after the music duo got married.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Craig Turner worked as a real estate agent in California’s San Fernando Valley.
