Don Cheadle is known for being one of the greatest actor’s of our time, bringing to life a host of interesting characters in films like Talk to Me, Miles Ahead, and Hotel Rwanda. But the actor is also not afraid to mix it up on social media and talk about everything from sports to politics. Lately, Cheadle’s been very outspoken about his disdain for our current POTUS, and now we know why.

During a recent exchange on Twitter, Cheadle revealed that while he finds Trump’s actions as president objectionable (particularly his latest stunt accusing former President Barack Obama of having his “wires tapped”), he’s hated #45 for years, ever since the real estate magnate dropped the n-word when referring to Black women.

When a few fans tried to push back against the claim, Cheadle set them straight.

Welp!
