Brooklyn rapper Fabolous has been charged with one count of aggravated assault and one count of making terroristic threats against longtime girlfriend and the mother of his two sons, Emily Bustamante. The MC made his first court appearance today, with the victim herself reportedly by his side.
Bossip reports both Fab and Emily appeared in Bergen County Superior Court Thursday for an initial hearing. The “Breathe” MC waived the appearance and will be due back in court next month. Before the hearing, the couple sat together in the back of the courtroom and left together after Fab was released.
Initially, Bustamante claimed the MC punched her seven times, knocking two of her front teeth loose, which later required medical removal. He also reportedly threatened to “hit her in the head with a bat” and was recently caught on film threatening her and her father.
