Brooklyn rapper Fabolous could possibly face up to 20 years in jail following his indictment on four felony charges connected to his alleged abuse of longtime girlfriend, Emily Bustamante.

TMZ reports the “Breathe” MC has been indicted on one count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, two counts of threatening to kill and one count of possession of a weapon, a pair of scissors. Fab can be seen threatening the mother of his children, as well as her father, in a video obtained by the website.

Emily previously claimed that Fab, real name John Jackson “became enraged” after finding out she had gone to Los Angeles through social media. She told police that on the flight back that the 40-year-old stated via text that he wanted to go over her head with a baseball bat and that he would kill her.

Jackson is said to have punched Bustamante seven times in the face “causing severe damage to her two front teeth.” Out of fear, the victim is said to have called her father about guns in the Englewood home.

According to the affidavit, “the victim called her father to remove two handguns from the residence due to her fear that they may be used against her.” Allegedly when Jackson entered the home, he confronted Bustamante, her father, and her brother before going through the house looking for the guns.

The documents state, “When he could not locate the guns, the defendant left the house, but not before informing the victim, her father and her brother that he had a bullet for them.”
