Sasha Obama, the youngest daughter of former President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama, attended her high school prom Friday in Washington, D.C. Several images of her celebrating alongside family and friends went viral on Twitter over the weekend.
The 17-year-old wore a sleek black satin slip dress that came equipped with a high split. Donning a sultry smokey eye, the Sidwell Friends High School senior kept her accessories to a minimum, wearing only a silver necklace and matching hoop earrings. She topped off her look with long white nails and strappy black heels. Her date wore a classic black tuxedo with a white top and black bow tie.
According to Page Six, Sasha will be attending the University of Michigan this fall, though she has not publicly confirmed.
