On Friday, August 25th, EBONY and USTA (US Tennis Association) partnered to bring the elite sport of tennis to a much wider demographic.  For the first time ever, the USTA recreated the US Open Experience in lower Manhattan’s Seaport District.  This experience, which featured a live draw unveiling, also included player and celebrity appearances from the likes of Marcus Samuelsson, food tastings and interactive tennis activities for the family with Net Generation.  “Get Open” with EBONY offered a unique and dynamic experience that seamlessly integrated into the overall event.  Check out how our influencers, Alicia Quarles and Samantha Black, helped get the party started!
