Looks like when Gladys Knight’s midnight train pulls into Georgia, she won’t be making a pit stop for chicken.

Following a heated lawsuit filed by Knight in August 2016 against son Shanga Hankers, owner of her three namesake restaurants, Gladys Knight’s Chicken & Waffles, the soul singer’s name is no longer associated with the chain.  The restaurants have officially been officially renamed World Famous Chicken & Waffles. Hankerson is also no longer affiliated with the brand.

The online menu still offers the “Midnight Train” — “Southern fried jumbo chicken wings and one Original waffle” — named for Knight’s hit “Midnight Train to Georgia.” However, after another failed health inspection report on Monday, diners might want to consider getting their chicken fix elsewhere.
