J. Cole has become known for lowkey album roll-outs that still garner massive love from his loyal fan base, and it appears the Dreamville MC is at it again.

The southern spitter recently announced that new album, K.O.D., will be released this Friday, April 20th. The news came shortly after Cole threw a free concert for fans at New York City’s Gramercy Theater, where he reportedly performed the album in its entirety.

The “Love Yourz” rapper reportedly told fans during the last-minute show that K.O.D. has multiple meanings, standing for Kids on Drugs, King Overdosed and Kill Our Dreams, according to XXL.
