Tiffany Haddish has been comedy’s “it” girl since her hilarious breakout performance in 2017 summer smash, Girls Trip. She’s since released a Showtime stand-up special while signing a Netflix deal for another, made her Saturday Night Live debut, and even ruled the Academy Awards red carpet while honoring her father.
The Los Angeles native is certainly having a well-deserved moment, with Jamie Foxx recently calling her “the new queen of comedy.”
The Oscar-winner shared a photo of himself partying with Haddish and Champagne Papi himself, Drake.
“It was Gods plan to run into these talented individuals” Foxx captioned the pic. “@tiffanyhaddish the new queen of comedy and the young Canadian @champagnepapi the #billboardbully #blessed.”
Haddish is set to star opposite Tracey Morgan in TBS’ The Last OG, as well as in Tyler Perry comedy, The List.
