Kanye West and Nick Cannon reportedly made amends over the weekend after a public dispute concerning comments about Kanye’s wife, Kim Kardashian West.
According to TMZ, the Wild ‘N Out host and the rapper/producer cleared the air over the phone after exchanging numbers via Instagram.
Kanye posted a video on Sept. 20 telling Cannon, who had previously dated Kim, that comments about his wife were off limits. “I understand that you used to date my wife, but you know, you get into an interview, don’t mention my wife.”
The entertainment mogul cautioned ‘Ye for trying to censor him. “You not gonna tell me what I can and what I can’t say. I’m a solid individual. Somebody ask me a question, I’ma answer it to the best of my ability. I’ma give my opinion and ain’t no harm, no foul, but if it got your spirit feeling weird, holler at me.”
Moving forward the two have allegedly agreed to be mindful and respectful of one another. Kanye is also speculated to appear on Cannon’s improv series.
