ORIGINAL POST

Kanye West and Charlamagne Tha God were spotted leaving the artist’s Calabasas office together on Wednesday night. A cameraman from TMZ caught the scene on film and asked Ye the status of his new album. Though the enigmatic entertainer didn’t respond to the question he did say that CthaGod “heard some s**t” from the project. The gossip site says that sources revealed that Charlamagne heard a good portion of the album and had been with Kanye to do an interview about it.

Kanye began recording music for his highly anticipated project last year. The rapper/producer is known for his collaborative working nature with many of his contemporaries. When recording an album he heads to a different location with many other entertainers and works on creating new music. This time around he was spotted in the mountains of Wyoming with artists such as Drake, Nas and Travis Scott to name a few. Outside of a few pictures the album recording process and updates on the release have been kept under wraps.

Charlamagne and Kanye have had a tumultuous relationship ever since a 2013 Breakfast Club interview with the Chicagoan went sour. It seems the pair has resolved the issues that led to the blowout nearly five years ago. Charlamange even uploaded a shadowy picture with him and Kanye to his Instagram after their meeting.
