At 30 years old, Kendrick Lamar has already had enough impact to warrant his own biography. The Compton, California MC’s life will soon be documented by Bandcamp Senior Editor Marcus J. Moore, who announced the book deal on Twitter.
“Some big news I’ve been eager to share: I’ve signed with @TouchstoneBooks to write the cultural biography of Kendrick Lamar,” he told followers. “My book, The Butterfly Effect: How Kendrick Lamar Ignited the Soul of Black America, will detail his rise to rap superstardom.”
