Kendrick Lamar wants to star in the next Black Panther film, and he reportedly wants a role of super-villain.

During a candid interview with BBC Radio, the Damn entertainer announced his desires on Thursday. Lamar doesn’t simply want a cameo. He reportedly wants a role that is similar to Erik Killmonger.

During his interview, Lamar referenced Killmonger (played by Michael B. Jordan), as “loved and misunderstood.”

Lamar already has a tremendous level of involvement with Black Panther. He produced the film’s soundtrack, Black Panther: The Album, which debuted with most streaming services on Feb. 9.
