It seems that the brewing war between Kris Humphries and Kanye West is leaving wax and hitting the streets, as Humphries' lawyer engineered a sneak attack by trying to serve a subpoena on Kanye West. This wasn't any regular "you got served" moment; Humphries' legal arm extended the summons by putting it in a Nordstrom box and sending it to Kim Kardashian's house. Kardashian's lawyer, Laura Wasser, told the judge in the still ongoing Humphries/Kardashian divorce case that it is unclear exactly what Kris wants out of this.

Kim, who has already racked up a hefty $250,000 bill in attorney's fees, noted that Kris seems to want to put reality TV on trial. Wasser argued that Kris has served Kris Jenner with a subpoena as well as NBC Universal and Bunim/Murray, which produces the Kardashian reality shows. Kris Humphries' lawyer, Marshall Waller, told the court he wants to prove the marriage was a fraud, which Kim wanted solely to benefit her reality show. The odd man involved in all this, Kanye West, still has yet to convince Jay-Z to "drop him off the team."
