Former “Cosby” kid Lisa Bonet has remained mum on the sexual assault allegations against television father, Bill Cosby, until now.
In a recent interview with PORTEREdit, the actress speaks of Cosby’s “sinister” energy while working with him, saying she often sensed a negative vibe from the disgraced stand-up.
When asked if Cosby’s recent controversy has tainted her memories of working with him, she replies “No, it’s exactly as I remember it.”
“There was no knowledge on my part about his specific actions, but… There was just energy. And that type of sinister, shadow energy cannot be concealed.”
Bonet also claims to have always sensed a certain darkness from the actor as well, but doesn’t feel the need to say, “I told you so.”
“I just leave all that to karma and justice and what will be.”
By contrast, Keisha Knight-Pulliam, who played daughter Rudy Huxtable, has supported her mentor since day one of the allegations, even accompanying the fallen icon to court last year.
