Ludacris has no idea what Tyrese is talking about.
On Thursday, the Atlanta rapper stopped by The Breakfast Club and shot down claims that he and Tyrese were offered roles in the Fast & Furious spin-off.
“Absolutely not,” said Ludacris. “There were talks about a spin-off. … No, there was no official offer.”
Tyrese had publicly called out his Fate of the Furious co-star, The Rock, for doing the spin-off movie.
The spin-off pushed the next main installment of the franchise from 2019 to 2020.
“I’m sorry to announce that if Dwayne is in Fast9 there will no more Roman Pierce,” he wrote on Instagram in November. “You mess with family and my daughters survival I mess with yours…close your eyes dude you’re a ‘Clown.'”
Tyrese was upset that his co-star didn’t support him through his public feud with The Rock, according to Charlamagne.
“As a friend that’s concerned, I did everything in my power to try to tell him that I felt like how he was handling things was done in the wrong way,” said the Fear Factor host.
“We are brothers at a very strong disagreement right now,” he continued. “This is nothing that can’t be reconciled.”
