In the first clip from Season 2 of Marvel’s Luke Cage, the superhero shows off the capacity of his strength by taking part in the NFL combine event. He competes in physical and mental endurance tests in the same manner college football players who are headed to the Draft do.
Mike Colter (Luke Cage) appears in the above football scene with NY Jets Head Coach Todd Bowes and sports personalities Jemele Hill and Michael Smith. Season Two finds Cage at the height of his celebrity in Harlem after the discovery of his bulletproof skin. Being a superhero with that level of fame proves to be difficult but is a task Cage takes on.
The upcoming season will be available on Netflix on June 22.
