Mike Epps and wife of 12 years, Mechelle, are officially divorced, and while celebrity breakups are all but standard, their settlement agreement is anything but.
According to TMZ, the Bessie actor will pay his soon-to-be ex a whopping $25k a month in spousal support for a total of 6 1/2 years.
If she remarries, however, the payments will come to a screeching halt.
Epps will also pay for his two youngest children to attend private school in addition to $15K a month in child support.
The ex-couple will also split royalties from a number if Epps’ films, including The Hangover, Hancock and current summer smash, Girls Trip.
The settlement also indicates that Mike gave his wife several vehicles, including a 2014 Bentley, 2013 Mercedes, 2015 Toyota Prius and a 2013 Land Rover.
Epps will keep his 2016 Mercedes, his 2015 Jeep Cherokee, ’79 Caddy and 2011 Suzuki chopper, in addition to 10 pieces of property throughout the state of Indiana.
They’ve also agreed to sell their Encino, CA home and split the profits.
