Much of Mo’Nique’s early stand-up centered around her pride in being a big, beautiful woman. Never did she shy away from discussing the pros and cons of being a fat girl held to traditional beauty standards within the industry and in life. Still, she’s always been a proponent of self-love, which is surely one reason she’s taken her health more seriously over the past decade.
Yesterday, the Oscar-winner shared a very special milestone with her supporters, revealing that she’s under 200lbs for the first time since she was a teenager.
