Last year, Beyoncé made history as the first Black woman to headline the Coachella music festival. Her performance, an ode to the historically Black colleges and universities experience, was chronicled for a Netflix documentary titled Homecoming: A Film by Beyoncé, which is set to release April 17. A trailer for the highly anticipated project was released April 8.

In addition to showcasing behind-the-scenes footage as Beyoncé prepared for the iconic performance, the trailer features a voice-over by Dr. Maya Angelou.

Beyhive superfans will be thrilled to find there are also brief clips of the singer's adorable children, Blue Ivy, Rumi and Sir Carter, throughout the teaser.
