Former Director of Communications for the Office of Public Liaison under the Trump Administration, Omarosa Manigault Newman, is gearing up for the release of tell-all, Unhinged: An Insider’s Account of the Trump White House. Just days before the August 14 release of the highly-anticipated book, multiple sources close to the reality star have told The Daily Beast that the Big Brother competitor secretly recorded the commander-in-chief while working under his regime.
Sources claim the former Apprentice star recorded conversations with Trump and used them as leverage while shopping her forthcoming book to publishers. Newman will reportedly also address President Trump’s declining mental health.
While the tapes mostly consist of “anodyne, everyday chatter,” the move itself could sever the former aide’s relationship with 45 for good.
