Oh, how the mighty have fallen! The man responsible for giving the world The Jackson Five, Michael Jackson, and Janet Jackson appears to be finding himself in the wonderful world of kiosk culture. In this image obtained by TMZ, Joe Jackson is surrounded by fragrances, as he was the special guest at the Julian Rouas Paris kiosk. Together they were hocking, er, selling “Jackson Perfumes” underneath a famous sketch of the late King of Pop.

While Papa Joe is unable to command a swarm of fans like his celebrity children, it does seem that he’s able to get into trouble like them. According to TMZ, Julian and Joe’s whole operation may be illegal! Bravado International—which owns the trademark to all things Michael Jackson—is suing Julian Rouas Paris, alleging the company never got permission to use Michael’s name or image.

Should the rest of the Jackson family stand up for their late brother’s memory and legacy?
