Tamar Braxton has happily moved on from her ex-husband, Vincent Herbert, but that doesn’t mean she will tolerate disrespect being thrown his way.
Braxton is currently on vacation with her new man, sharing video of her chiseled partner coming out of the pool via Instagram.
Fans of the singer immediately made note of the physical difference between Braxton’s new beau and Herbert, with one insulting the music manager’s weight.
“When you go from fAt to FIT..the experience is sooo different and electrifying.”
Braxton responded to the fan, telling her not to shame her ex, despite the fact that things resulted in a split between the two.
“Don’t do that boo,” wrote the “My Man” singer. “We just didn’t work out. Don’t shame that man like that please.”
The songstress first spilled the beans on her new lover via The Wendy Williams Show, describing him to the audience.
“He’s African, he’s in wealth finance, he’s got dreads and he’s got a really nice body,” she said. “He’s fine! Hallelujah!”
The Tamar & Vince reality star has been dating the Nigerian for “about three months.” Despite the short courtship, she said, “It feels like forever” and that she’s “very much” in love. The relationship comes almost one year after Braxton and Herbert finalized their divorce.
“I met him at a friend’s birthday party. Thank you, God, he’s so fine!” She said. “I can’t take it sometimes. It’s like a whole snack — a Lunchable!”
The Braxton sister went on to share more details about her new love. “He lives in L.A., he’s originally from Nigeria, but he lived here for a while.”
Braxton said she is open to getting married again if he pops the question. She is most definitely willing “to have some wonderful, beautiful African children.”
