Shortly after her firing from daytime talk show The Real, Tamar Braxton was picked up by Steve Harvey to produce and host her own series. It has reportedly been in the works for almost a year, with Braxton finally getting down to the task of booking her first guest.
For the soaring soprano, the ultimate get would be none other than Mariah Carey, as the reality star has shared her admiration for the singer for years. In fact, it would be the ultimate honor if the “Butterfly” singer was the first to take a seat on the Braxton sister’s sofa, according to TheJasmineBrand.
“Mariah Carey. Absolutely. I am the number one Lamb in the world. I’d have questions, honey. Steve Harvey and I have been in talks and production for a while and it will be soon.”
When asked about the format of the new show, the “My Man” vocalist remains tight lipped, saying, “I can’t tell you You’ll have to see it.”
