The Weeknd recently dropped a surprise project entitled My Dear Melancholy, and has already released not one but two videos to accompany the short body of work.
“Call Out My Name” and “Try Me” were initially released exclusively through Spotify, but favorite,“Call Out My Name,” has finally been added to YouTube for the general public to enjoy.
Check out the video below.
The six-track long EP only includes one guest artist, French musician Gesaffelstein, who appears on “I Was Never There” and “Hurt You.” Production is a bit more varied, including beats from big names like Frank Dukes, Mill Will Made-It, Skrillex and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo of Daft Punk, according to XXL.
“Call Out My Name,” already has fans dissecting it’s lyrics, as some believe it’s about ex-girlfriend and fellow pop star, Selena Gomez.
