ABC’s “General Hospital” leads the pack in the 42nd annual Daytime Emmy Awards with 28 nominations, including multiple mentions in the lead actor and actress races and a bid for best drama.

“The Ellen DeGeneres Show” once again was the pace-setter among talk shows, with 10 bids, while the “The Wendy Williams Show” landed its first noms for best entertainment talkshow and for entertainment talk show host.

CBS grabbed the most noms among networks with 62, followed by PBS (50), syndicated series (50), ABC (35) and NBC (20).
