As the victim of Miguel’s vicious leg drop of doom and soul awaits word on whether or not she’s suffered brain trauma – not to mention whether to file a lawsuit against the singer – word has leaked out that Billboard Music Awards show producers told Miguel that his idea to leap over the audience was “just too dangerous.” Yet, “Miguel blew off the order … and producers' fears were realized when he botched the jump and leg dropped a female fan … slamming her head against the stage.” Must’ve been a Black producer who told Miguel no. You know how “judgmental” he thinks we can be. [TMZ]

Although D. Woods said she had no idea that her former Danity Kane band mates were planning to do lunch in LA, Dawn Richard has countered that claim—saying D. Woods was invited but unable to attend.

On why D. Woods was missing, Dawn explains:

“We asked D. Woods to come but then again everybody has their place and their time, and that’s okay. […]  I think it was great for us to meet and there is love all around, we are too grown for there not to be. I think what the focus needs to be on is, not who didn’t show up, but the fact that after six years there was a monumental response that came from it. I think that we dwell on the negative. We should love everybody […] We haven’t spoken about Danity Kane in years and for us to go to lunch and it be that huge speaks volumes of our fan base.

[D. Woods] is great. Let the girl be. Whatever people choose, let them live in their moment. If they feel like they the queen, let them live. Like, that’s okay to say ‘No.’ Damn, like I think we gotta chill out. We be doing the most. If that’s her choice, then that’s her choice and that’s cool but moving on.”

Okay, give her a doggy back next time but please get up on plans for a new single. Thanks. [Necole Bitchie]

A few of you may have heard of Jesse Spencer, otherwise known as veteran porn actor Mr. Marcus. Last year, the adult entertainment star tested positive for syphilis during a routine screening. He was given a shot of penicillin although when screened 11 days later, though he still exhibited signs of the disease. However, instead of sitting his self down and letting the man lay the pipe, swing from the monkey bar, or whatever it is they do, he was accused of altering the second test results and went back to stroking on set. As a result, he was just sentenced to 30 days in jail, 15 days of community service, and three years of probation. He’s lucky a dozen porn actresses didn’t jump him. [Madame Noire

On the heels of a big boost in ratings, The Wendy Williams Show has been renewed through the 2012-2017 season. Frank Cicha, senior VP of programming for the FOX Television Stations, says, “The Wendy Williams Show has as much momentum as any show on our air right now, both qualitatively and quantitatively. Over the last few years, it’s evolved into the ideal lead-out to our morning news blocks. Like our news, the show delivers a day/date immediacy that serves as a blueprint for where we want to be the rest of the day.” Shade pays. [The Hollywood Reporter]

Kenya Moore has been evicted from the home she rented in Atlanta to be a part of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Court documents note that she felt $848 short of her $3999 monthly rent – not to mention defaulted on the terms and conditions of the lease. I doubt her neighbors will mind because apparently: “Owners are concerned that the value of their properties are going down because she has not maintained the landscaping, nor the pool, has even storied furniture outside and her dog is always on the loose.” There’s always Sheree Whitfield’s building. Meanwhile, Kelly Rowland confirmed in a recent interview that “Girl” and “Bad Habit” were written about the abusive relationship she was dealing with around the same time period. When asked if she felt emotional after hearing the “Girl” lyrics, Kelly said: “Of course I did, the girls wrote it for me. Destiny’s Child is deeper than what people see on the surface. Those are my homies for life. ‘Golden Girls’, we stuck with each other… period.”

One person she’s less fond of is her ex-fiancé, former NFL player Roy Williams. On what she made of Roy’s Twitter comments about her latest single, “Dirty Laundry,” Kelly quipped, “Who?” Oop. [Miss Jia]

Jada Pinkett Smith doesn’t see it for some people’s complaints about the stage attire Beyoncé and Jennifer Lopez wore at the Chime for Change concert.

In a Facebook post, the actress wrote: “There was some backlash about the performance outfits for the Chime concert. Since a woman’s body has been deeply connected to sin, it’s easy to forget all the power and beauty her body and sexuality possesses. Yes, with this power comes great responsibility, but how was Beyoncé’s tasteful outfit irresponsible? Here is the problem I see, a woman’s body is too much power for one woman to have, even Beyoncé. Although we see corporations exploit this power through women and girls, with far less clothing on than Beyoncé, to sell their products, do we protest? But hey, a woman has to be in check, right?” [Jada Pinkett Smith

Don’t bite the hand that feeds you because it’s likely to bitch slap you the second you try. Such is the case for Luo Zilin, first runner up for Naomi Campbell's model competition show The Face, who was fired by her management firm for “unprofessional conduct” and an “unacceptable work ethic.” Zilin is reportedly dating Naomi’s former boyfriend, Russian billionaire Valdimir Doronin. A source said: “It's fair to say that Luo and Vlad met through Naomi, it's really unprofessional of Luo and it's not great behavior on Vlad's behalf.” [Rhymes With Snitch]

For the sake pointing and laughing I’ll note that Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta stars K. Michelle and Ariane are rumored to be dating.

Rumor has it: “K Michelle gave up on men because she can’t find a man who will stay with her. Ariane goes to K Michelle’s shows and sleeps over at K Michele’s apartment on a regular. Don’t be surprised if you see Ariane appear on ‘Love and Hip Hop New York’ with K Michelle.”

I believe this story about as much as I do the one about Fred Flintstone cheating on Barney Rubble with Rosie and George from The Jetsons. [Diary of a Hollywood Street King]

And for your weekly KimYe fix, Kim Kardashian is rumored to be conflicted over who to trust: Kris Jenner or Kanye West. Is there a third option, she probably needs one. Meanwhile, the story goes: “Kris has always been in charge of Kim’s life, starting with the sex tape, and now she wants to make sure she makes as much money as possible off the baby,” the source said. “Kim has always relied on her mom to give her the best advice, but now she’s struggling because Kanye wants to make sure that they don’t overexpose their baby.” [Radar Online]
