Usain Bolt will lose one of his nine Olympic gold medals the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) said Thursday, according to Bleacher Report.

The Jamaican superstar won the gold medal in 2008 as part of the Jamaican 4×100 meter relay team in Beijing. His teammate, Nesta Carter, reportedly tested positive for taking the stimulant methylhexaneamine in 2016.

The team was disqualified and lost their medals, a decision that was appealed.

On Thursday, CAS said in a statement to Bleach report that it “could not accept any of the arguments raised by Nesta Carter contending that the test results should be ignored or the IOC (disciplinary) decision should otherwise be overturned for certain alleged failures.”

Trinidad and Tobago will be now awarded the gold medal, Japan will get silver and Brazil will receive bronze.
