Watch Trailer for Spike Lee’s ‘BlacKkKlansman’

The trailer for Spike Lee’s upcoming film BlacKkKlansman was released on Monday following its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival.

The movie stars Denzel Washington’s son, John David Washington, as  Colorado Springs police officer Ron Stallworth who attempt to take down the Ku Klux Klan by infiltrating the white supremacist group.

The movie is based on a true story based on Stallworth’s 2014 novel by Black Klansman.

Lee’s film received a 10-minute standing ovation at Cannes, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The movie also stars Adam Driver and Topher Grace. Get Out’s Jordan Peele served as a producer alongside Lee.
