Whitney Houston Grammy Special to Air

Whitney Houston

Some of the most talented musical stars will align next month in honor of the late musical icon, Whitney Houston. Grammy award winners Celine Dion, Usher, and Jennifer Hudson are a few of the artists who have been tapped to perform in a one-hour television tribute to Houston, titled "We Will Always Love You: A Grammy Salute to Whitney Houston." In addition to performances from a selection of artists, the special will include interviews, never-before-seen footage, Houston's iconic performances, and other highlights from her career.

Additional performers yet to be announced will pay homage to Houston, who was one of the few artists to have held the record for most performances done for the annual televised award show. The special will tape live on Thursday, Oct. 11 at the Nokia Theater in LA, and air on Friday, Nov. 16 at 10PM EST on CBS.
