Halle Berry and model Gabriel Aubry, the father of her only child, have been going at in court regarding custody. In the most recent news, a family law judge has reportedly ordered Berry to fork over $20,000 a month in child support to her ex-partner. Aubry has joint custody of their daughter, which most likely heavily influenced the judge's decision.
The feuding former lovers met in 2005 only to split up five years later. Throughout their messy custody battle, several allegations have been spewed back and forth by both parties, with Berry claiming that Aubry had a violent temper and used racial slurs often. According to sources, Berry hopes to have Nahla live with her in Paris, her new hometown, but Aubry insists that that will not be happening, denying her requests. Despite this baby father drama, Berry has found love yet again, this time with former co-star and current fianceé Olivier Martinez. The couple is set to wed later this year.
