It’s no secret that eating fish is good for you, and here’s one more very good reason to enjoy it: A study published in the American Journal of Medicine reports that people who eat fresh fish have a lower risk of certain cancers.  Although scientists couldn’t exactly pinpoint the types of fish or how they should be prepared, the evidence was conclusive: Eating fish on a regular basis was tied to a 12 percent lower risk of developing or dying from colon or rectal cancers.
