Who said that hip hop was dead? MTV2 aired the first episode of its new game show "Hip-Hop Squares," a remixed version of the classic television game show "Hollywood Squares." Clearly the network is on to something, seeing as how the episode was the network's highest rated and most watched series launch amongst the age 12-34 demographic ever.

The series, which has a 10-episode run in its first season, will feature a fun selection of hip-hop personalities including Biz Markie, Fat Joe, Ghostface, Childish Gambino, and Nick Cannon. Other celebrities like actress Kat Graham will also make appearances throughout the season. "Hip Hop Squares" will air Tuesday nights at 11PM.
