Issa Rae is officially off the market.

The Insecure creator and star is engaged to her longtime boyfriend, Senegalese businessman Louis Diame.

Her co-stars from the hit HBO series, Yvonne Orji and Jay Ellis, spilled the beans during a chat with Entertainment Tonight on red carpet for last weekend’s NAACP Image Awards.

“We're very excited for her," Orji said, beaming. Ellis, her on-screen love interest, said, "We all found out in different ways because we're all on different text chains. We talk at different times, so we all found out at different times in different ways."

Sharing her initial reaction to the news, Orji, who stars as Rae’s Insecure bestie, said, “The reaction was all the same, like, ‘You out here in these streets getting married, Boo!?’ That was the reaction.”

Mumblings of a possible engagement between the pair have been quietly circulating on social media. Things came to a head after she graced a cover of ESSENCE with a dazzling diamond ring on her engagement finger.

The couple, who has appeared on several red carpets together, has been intentional about keeping the details of their relationship under wraps. "I get so much feedback about everything," Rae told Marie Claire. "The one thing I don't need feedback on is who I'm sleeping with."

While Rae prepares for a trip down the aisle, she has a slew of new projects in the works. Along with her HBO hit series returning to the small screen for the fourth season later this year, she's slated to star in Little, which hits theaters April 12

In addition, she will appear in the upcoming HBO limited series The Dolls and star alongside LaKeith Stanfield in the Will Packer-produced romantic comedy The Photograph.
