Fresh off his Emmy win, John Legend will be joining NBC’s The Voice next year.

The EGOT winner will replace Jennifer Hudson for the singing competition’s upcoming 16th season premiering in the Spring.

“I’m thrilled to join the coaches of The Voice,” the singer wrote on Instagram on Thursday. “I’ve been a guest and mentor on the show multiple times and I’m so excited to discover talented singers and help them make the most of their gift. I hope the world is ready for #TeamJL.”

Kelly Clarkson, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton are returning as judges with Carson Daly set to host, according to HuffPost.

On Sept. 8, Legend earned an Emmy for producing April’s Jesus Christ Superstar with Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice.

His win cemented his status in the history books as the first Black man to win an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony award.
