Katt Williams has found himself on the wrong side of the law once again, as the stand-up is now being accused of battery and more serious allegations by his former personal assistant.

Angelina Triplett-Hill is suing the “king of underground comedy” for $1 million after accusing him of battery, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence, according to The Jasmine Brand.

Triplett-Hill alleges Williams attacked her in 2014 for walking away from him to take a phone call. He allegedly confronted her outside and violently lunged towards her, snatching her cell phone and angrily throwing it inside of his car. She also claims to have witnessed the It’s Pimpin’ Pimpin’ star attack other women, leaving her frightened and fearful for her own safety.

After throwing her cell phone, he allegedly started cursing her out as she retrieved it from his vehicle. As he continued to scream obscenities, she admittedly became so frustrated that she began dishing out her own insults, prompting the comic to hit her in the face several times. As a result, she hit the ground and slammed her head against the concrete, rendering her unconscious.

Triplett-Hill was reportedly hospitalized for days following the incident and immediately quit upon her release.

The alleged victim now claims Williams is ignoring the lawsuit, never responding to her allegations or bothering to show up in court. She recently filed a motion for default judgement.
