Brandi Padilla, wife of former NBA baller Kevin Garnett, has filed for divorce from the athlete. She made the move Thursday in Los Angeles, listing irreconcilable differences as her reason, according to TMZ.
The couple dated for years before tying the knot in July of 2004. They share two daughters, ages 10 and 5, with Padilla asking for full custody, allowing Garnett visitation. She is also seeking spousal support from the former Boston Celtic.
Garnett retired in 2016 after 21 years of playing for the organization, earning one MVP trophy and a championship in 2008.
