This $10 DIY product is getting attention for its semi-permanent and professional finish.

Bold ‘brows haven’t gained their following because they’re easy to attain, but because of how they can instantly bring drama to a makeup look. Etude House Tint My Brows Gel is the Korean beauty product that has been getting attention for its performance power. Not only is it more cost-effective than microblading, a semi-permanent tattoo to thicken your ‘brows, but it’s also easier to remove if you decide that you don’t like the look of your darker eyebrows. The gel has the consistency of a thick gloss and can be applied with the brush applicator that comes with the tube.

The gel does require a steady hand and precision to use. The kit doesn’t come with a stencil to define the shape of your eyebrows. If you’re used to filling in your ‘brows with an eyebrow pencil, then the application will mimic a similar stroke. The formula requires two hours to tint fully and will dry similar to a gel mask. The brow gel comes in three colors: brown, light brown and grey-brown. The thicker amount of gel that you apply to your eyebrows, the less likely that it’ll take your eyebrow hairs along with it as you pull off the dried gel.

Although the results aren’t semi-permanent, they do provide a clean and natural-looking result. If you apply the tint in the evening, it’ll reduce the time it takes to do your makeup in the morning. We all love a quick morning routine.
