Ready or not, here she comes! Given that Ms. Lauryn Hill’s last and only studio released solo album came out way back in 1998, we’re guessing that most music listeners and devoted fans are in fact more ready than not. At a recent concert in DC’s Warner Theater, Hill debuted a brand new record imaginatively titled “Fearless Vampire Killer.”
Our beloved L-Boogie has been pretty unpredictable in terms of releasing singles slated to become albums, so we’re not sure if this track will flesh out into anything bigger. Nonetheless, the music industry could stand to use a little shaking up and Ms. Hill just may be the songstress for the job.
Should listeners anticipate something concrete from the 90’s game-changing singer? Or have her comeback rumors come and gone way too often to have us holding our breath?
