Days after Michael Avenatti revealed he had possession of a second R. Kelly sex tape featuring an underage girl, the attorney has confirmed the existence of a third tape that allegedly shows the singer having sex with a minor.

Avenatti took to Twitter Saturday to confirm the tape’s existence, writing, “Update: We have become aware of the existence of a third tape, that allegedly shows further acts of sexual abuse of an underage girl by R. Kelly, which we are presently working to recover and turnover to law enforcement.”

The attorney also revealed why he believes Kelly was able to beat his 2008 child pornography case surrounding the initial leaked tape, saying the artist is guilty of "systematic witness intimidation, evidence tampering, physical threats, and payments to witnesses."

Kelly’s attorney Steve Greenberg said in a statement that law enforcement hasn’t contacted him or Kelly, and “Mr. Kelly denies that he has engaged in any illegal conduct, of any kind whatsoever,” according to HuffPost.

For Avenatti, it boils down to protecting young girls and holding Kelly accountable for his alleged crimes, and he has decided to work without pay in an effort to do so.

“Due to the importance of ensuring justice is finally done in this matter and because we are deeply concerned that Mr. Kelly has not been held accountable for his sexual abuse of young African-American girls, whom are especially vulnerable, we have done so on a pro bono basis,” his statement said, per Newsweek. He went on, “Importantly, it has now resulted in the discovery of significant new evidence conclusively establishing Mr. Kelly’s illegal sexual assault of young girls.”
