Proceeds from the event will benefit the Stanford Settlement Neighborhood, which is a Sacramento-based nonprofit organization that helps to build healthy communities through individual, family and neighborhood services.

The Allen W. Warren Celebrity Golf Classic was conceived about five years ago by Warren, whose company, New Faze Development, Inc. has developed more than 2,000 homes since 1990 in Northern California’s urban areas. The intent of the Classic is to raise funds that would be donated to nonprofit organizations that focus their work on serving underserved communities throughout the Sacramento region.

“I want to thank our sponsors, celebrities and friends for their generous support in helping to make this year’s Classic a memorable event,” said Warren, who achieved the golf highlight of the tournament by hitting a hole-in-one on the 146-yard 12th hole. “The tournament was a big success.”
