Kelis is selling her million-dollar home.

According to PEOPLE, the “Milkshake” singer announced that she was going for a more organic approach during an interview with Architectural Digest.

“We’re buying a farm, so that’s why we’re moving,” Kelis told the publication.

The 38-year-old songstress’ home in Los Angeles is reportedly listed for $1.885 million with Jennifer Winston and James Harris.

Harris and David Parnes work for The Agency, a real estate firm.

Kelis has two sons, an 8-year-old (Knight) she welcomed with her ex-husband Nas, and a 2-year old (Shepherd) she gave birth to with real estate agent Mike Mora in 2015.

The 3,850-square-foot Glendale, California home features many creature comforts that more than make up for its lack of acreage.

Kelis says she plans to sell the home, buy a farm and “grow everything and sustain everything that way.”

In reference to purchasing the home in 2012, the singer admits was the architectural details that caught her attention.

“The architecture inside the house was amazing, and it had a very dramatic, old Hollywood feel,” she says. “The backyard was so glamorous, and really, for me, that felt great. It was so nice for entertaining, and I pictured all the things I could do back there.”

Well, all right then.
