You might think that being the most awarded U.S. gymnast of all time would excuse people from criticizing your hair. But for Olympian Simone Biles, the comments about her locs just keep rolling in.
According to Teen Vogue, the superstar athlete recently made her debut as a Houston Texans cheerleader and posted a picture to Instagram of her historymaking accomplishment as the squad’s first honorary member.
“I had such an amazing experience cheering at the Texans Game ❤️ Definitely a memory to last forever!”
In good social media fashion, some fans congratulated Biles on yet another accomplishment, while others took time out of their day to come for her hair.
Well, it turns out that Biles has had enough of the ridiculous criticism. The gold medalist took to Twitter to address the building controversy.
“I have 1 question to everyone commenting about my hair when I genuinely look happy in the photo,” Biles tweeted. “Do you look perfect ALL the time? everything in perfect order.?”
