Pinnacle® Halloweenie-Tini
1 part Pinnacle® Caramel Apple Vodka
1 part Apple Juice
Shake and pour into glass.
Bobbing For Apples
2 parts Pinnacle® Caramel Apple Vodka
1/2 part DeKuyper® Buttershots® Schnapps
2 parts Apple Cider
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with caramel on the rim.
Pinnacle® Spooky Pumpkin Pie
2 parts Pinnacle® Pumpkin Pie Vodka
1 part Pinnacle® Citrus Vodka
2 parts Fresh Lemon Sour
1 part Fresh Orange Juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass rimmed with graham cracker crust (optional)
Midnight Ghost
1 ½ parts Malibu® Black
1 part vanilla simple syrup*
1 part cream
1 part lemon-lime soda
Shake ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, then strain into a martini glass. *For vanilla simple syrup, add a few drops vanilla extract to a mixture of one part sugar and one part water
Malibu® Black Cat
1 part Malibu® Black
3 parts ginger beer
Build over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
The Green Beast
1 part Pernod Absinthe
1 part simple syrup
1 part fresh lime juice
4 parts water
Thinly sliced cucumber wheels
Build in a Collins glass or punch bowl over ice. Garnish with cucumber slices. Shake ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, then strain into a martini glass.
Spiced Russian
1.5 parts Kahlúa Pumpkin Spice
.
5 part ABSOLUT Mandarin
1 part half and half
Build over ice in a rocks glass, and stir. Garnish with freshly-grated nutmeg.
Pommes et Raisins
2 parts Courvoisier® VS
3/4 parts fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 parts mint syrup
Hard cider beer
Shake and strained into a pilsner glass. Top with hard cider beer. Garnish with frozen white grapes
Negroni Française
1 ½ part Courvoisier® VSOP
½ part Campari
½ part Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Combine the VSOP, Campari and Vermouth in a shaker over ice. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and add bitters. Garnish with an orange slice.
Pumpkin – Clock Strikes Midnight
2 oz Hennessy Black
1.5 oz Pumpkin puree
1.5 oz 10% creme
1 oz simple syrup
4 dashes angostura bitters
Garnish: Grated cinnamon
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice, shake until chilled, fine strain into a rocks glass with crushed ice, garnish with fresh grated cinnamon.
The Girl with the Mermaid Hair
1 part Sugar Island Coconut Rum
1/4 part Butterscotch Schnapps
1 part coconut water
1/4 part fresh lemon juice
In a mason jar, gently place two different colored cotton candy bunches (the "Mermaid Hair"); mix all ingredients and shake over ice; slowly pour over the Mermaid Hair to liquefy and morph the color of the cocktail. Once all is liquefied, top with ice and a straw.
Morphing Potion #9
2 parts Maker’s Mark Bourbon
1/4 part Cherry Heering
1 dash Chocolate Mole Bitters
1 2×2 cola cube*
3/4 part soda water
Orange swath
Place one cola cube into a short rocks glass; add Maker’s Mark, bitters, and soda water. Drizzle Cheery Herring over the top of the ice cube (which will slowly sink to the bottom of the cocktail for bloody effect!); stir briefly to incorporate and lay an orange swath over the surface of the drink. *Cola cube: Freeze Mexican Coca-Cola overnight in a 2×2 ice cube tray
Haunted Hacienda
1 1/2 parts Pisco Portón
3/4 part sweet vermouth
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 Campari ice cube*
In a short rocks glass, combine Pisco Portón, sweet vermouth and dash of Angostura bitters. Place the Campari ice cube in glass and if desired, garnish with a SMALL pinch of pink salt. As the salt hits the cube, it will spur the Campari cube to melt.*Campari ice cube: Overnight, freeze a mixture of Campari and water, at a ratio close to 50:50
