"Starting our business was more so about helping our community. It's bigger than just our family," explains Camille.
"Everything is connected to nutrition. Once you change the way you eat, you also change the way you think," says Omar, who became a vegetarian in college.
Camille doesn't remember a time when she did not want children. "I was clear about what I wanted. I wanted a hippy home. I wanted to raise my kids as vegetarians and I wanted to homeschool them."
"My release from the stress are my kids. Just being a kid with them and taking them to the museum is a relief," shares Camille.
"I'm the luckiest man for having such an amazing and loving family," says Omar.
The Browns inside their new business, Kale Café.
Omar, holding beets he grew, fell in love with gardening thanks to his father.
Omar and Camille stress they want to raise responsible, critical thinkers.
"We push each other to dream big," says Camille.
