Toni Braxton thanked her fans Thursday for attending her As Long As I Live tour and revealed it was hard to do while dealing with “stupid lupus.”

“We did it, yay! We got through the tour,” the seven-time Grammy winner said in an Instagram video.

“It was tough. Good and bad days having stupid lupus, but I couldn’t have done it without you guys,” she said to her nearly 3 million followers in between coughs.

According to Mayoclinic.org, lupus is an autoimmune disease, meaning the body’s immune system attacks its own tissues and organs. Braxton was diagnosed in 2008. During an interview on Live with Kelly and Ryan in Jan. 2018, she spoke about managing the disease ahead of the 21-city tour.

In her video, the singer revealed she was feeling better after having a cough for about two months.

“Thank you for singing along with me. I need you guys to get me through those nights that were tough, and I want to you guys to know how much I appreciate you,” she told her supporters.

Since the tour is over, the star said she will binge on Netflix and "gain five pounds" from snacking.
