I have a Christmas memory that could symbolize a bit of your celestial/terrestrial situation this week. I was excited to get my first Rubik’s cube (yes, I’m a child of the 80s) one Christmas. My cousin’s husband bragged that he could solve it, so I let him hold it and went about my shenanigans. He returned my cube, solved as promised, on his way out the door. It was sticky and some of the colored stickers were side-ways. I was pissed—he had switched some colored squares to solve the cube. Don’t be that guy or gal this week. Your will is the stuff of legend, but making stuff happen, even to keep a promise, at any cost has a price you may not want to pay. In fact, I think my cousin owes me a Rubik’s cube.
