Virgo (August 22nd to September 21st)

As your new moon heads around the bend on Thursday, it’s your time to focus on your key intentions for “your” year. You may not be Jewish, but I came across this little tidbit about Rosh Hashanah, Jewish New Year, that might prove interesting to you.  According to Wikipedia, Rosh Hashanah is “the day believed to be the anniversary of the creation of Adam and Eve, the first man and woman, and their first actions toward the realization of mankind’s role in God’s world.” Whether you believe in God, Adam, or Eve doesn’t really matter. What sticks out to me is first actions toward realization of humankind’s role. This is when you can restart with a clean slate, if you will. Your spring and summer were largely consumed with group efforts, or at least efforts focused on other people. Now is the time to focus on realizing more of your personal intentions. Happy New Year!
