Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta star Tommie Lee was indicted by a grand jury on multiple child abuse charges, according to TMZ.

Lee, whose real name is Atasha Chizaah Jefferson, was hit with a seven-count indictment over an incident that happened in October at her daughter’s middle school near Atlanta.

Lee allegedly went to Griffin Middle School in the city of Smyrna and interrupted her child’s class, slapped her on the hand with the strap of her purse, smacked her across the face, dragged her out of the classroom by her hair and threw her into a metal school locker, according to the indictment

Three of the indictments the reality TV star faces are felonies, while the other four are misdemeanors, per TMZ.

Lee was arrested twice in a 48 hours period, one for the assault, and the other for violating a no-contact where she was supposed to stay away from her daughter, per 11Alive.com.

Prosecutors tell TMZ that Lee may face up to 54 years in prison for the alleged assault.
